In the present tunnel construction process, it is observed that the mechanization of arch installation has become a trend. However, there are certain products available in the market that are either ineffective or can only provide mechanization without improving work efficiency and reducing construction personnel. Such products do not hold true practical value.
Potential/Potency has developed a unique product that combines their already produced multi arch support manipulator and multifunctional rock drilling machine. By doing so, they have created a product that not only meets the requirement of improving work efficiency and reducing personnel but also has the ability of the entire process of tunnel arch erection operation. This product has currently applied for multiple invention patents.
Features:
Chassis and Steering
The equipment is designed with an engineering chassis which allows for four-wheel drive and provides strong climbing abilities. Additionally, it is designed with four-wheel steering that has a small turning radius.
Dual Power System
Our equipment has adopted a dual power system consisting of both diesel and electric. The diesel is used to complete walking while the electric independently completes arch support.
Working Arm Frame
The equipment is equipped with a three working arm frame which has a folding+telescopic structure. The upper arm, middle arm and lower arm are combined to provide maximum flexibility. The middle arm is extendable and the transportation status can be folded and returned to the frame as a whole.
Dual Work Platform and Hydraulic Mechanism
The equipment also has a dual work platform with an arch dragging and clamping device along with a crane function on the left arm for vehicle accompaniment. Additionally, a dual hydraulic rock drilling mechanism is capable of providing drilling support for locking feet, advance and system anchor rods.
Multi Arch Device and Comfortable Cab
The main arm has a self transporting and forming multi arch device. Our equipment is also equipped with an air-conditioned cab for operator comfort and a reversing camera for added safety.
Control and Monitoring System
The equipment is controller controlled with a large screen display of parameters allowing for real-time monitoring of system operation status. The arm frame control intelligent assistance system can achieve rapid positioning of the arch frame and improve efficiency.
