This equipment is the result of a collaborative effort between the owner, the research team of Southwest Jiaotong University, and the construction party China Railway Tunnel Bureau. It offers a range of features, including drilling, anchoring agent installation and mixing, anchor cable feeding, pre-tensioning and measurement, and grouting. It is the first equipment in China to solve the installation of anchor cables for large deformation tunnels.

Features:

During anchor cable mixing, the propulsion speed is set at 3m/min, which helps to maintain a steady and efficient performance rate while minimizing the possibility of any errors.
The rotation speed of the anchor cable during mixing is set to be equal to or higher than 300rpm, further enhancing the efficiency and performance of the anchor cable installation system.
